Skills required: Bilingual/speaks Spanish Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook Sending out Fedex packages Billing Send out certified mail Scanning/copying Answering phones Office environment experience/legal firm experience a plus •Reception Coverage and service e-mail backup assistance Maintain office premises, request repairs as needed Oversee shredding services Court Runs/Obtaining Cashier's checks from the bank Keeping track of inventory: Kitchen, Office, Toner, and Mailing Supplies Reserving and organizing office space for new attorneys Sending/Receiving eFaxes Shredding Projects Scanning Projects Miscellaneous administrative/office services projects Assist with ordering toners and calling for copier maintenance as needed
