Duties & Responsibilities Provide administrative support through written correspondence, document preparation, and communication on behalf of the company. Manage onboarding and maintaining all related employee records. Coordinate candidate communications and interview scheduling. Facilitate new hire onboarding, orientation, and completion of required employment documentation. Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other administrative deliverables while assisting with data collection and tracking key operational metrics. Provide communication and coordination between clients, field personnel, and management. Arrange and manage employee travel logistics, including flights, hotels, rental vehicles, and itinerary preparation. Assist in organizing meetings and employee training sessions. Support storm restoration and emergency response activities as needed. Assist team members in resolving administrative and operational issues to maintain smooth service delivery. Perform other duties, special projects, and assignments as required. Qualifications Proven experience in office administration, project coordination, human resources, or a related field. Experience managing, onboarding, employee records, and interview processes. Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and online recruiting tools is preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong collaborative problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently while supporting a team environment.
Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
