Administrative Assistant Naples, FL 34109 From $22 an hour - Full-time From $22 an hour - Full-time Administrative Assistant Daniel Thomas Fine Cabinetry is looking for a sharp, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our growing high-end custom cabinetry company in Naples, Florida. This is a task-focused support role for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable keeping multiple projects organized at the same time. We are looking for someone who can track open items, follow up with vendors and team members, organize project paperwork, and keep projects moving forward without delays or missed details. This is not a sales role and not a design role. This position is for someone who enjoys organization, follow-through, checklists, communication, and helping a fast-moving team stay on track.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain job packets for active projects Track project tasks, deadlines, approvals, and open items Coordinate hardware, samples, accessories, and project materials Assist with hardware ordering and vendor follow-up Help coordinate delivery schedules and project logistics Maintain project spreadsheets, trackers, and internal files Communicate with vendors, installers, designers, and internal team members Follow up on outstanding items until they are resolved
What We Are Looking For:
Sharp, detail-oriented, and able to think through tasks independently Strong organizational and follow-up skills Able to manage multiple tasks at one time Comfortable asking questions and taking initiative Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with email, spreadsheets, calendars, and basic office software Able to work independently after direction is given Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast-moving environment Experience That May Be a
Good Fit:
Project coordinator Executive assistant Office manager Purchasing coordinator Construction administrator Design studio coordinator Builder or trade office support Cabinetry, construction, interior design, or high-end home experience is a plus, but not required
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is sharp, organized, and proactive. They enjoy taking open items, organizing them, following up, and helping drive them to completion. They understand that details matter, especially in high-end custom work. They are not looking to design projects or sell to clients; they enjoy being the person who keeps the details organized behind the scenes.
Compensation:
Starting at $22.00 per hour, with compensation based on experience, organization skills, communication ability, and overall fit. Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
