PEDO/ORTHO
Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing practice. This unique role offers the opportunity to work with both our Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontic teams, providing a fun, fast-paced, and rewarding work environment. If you enjoy helping families, creating exceptional patient experiences, and working with an amazing team, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Welcome patients, parents, and guardians with a warm and professional attitude. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes. Answer phones and schedule appointments for both Pediatric and Orthodontic patients. Verify insurance information and assist with patient accounts. Coordinate daily schedules and maintain efficient office flow. Provide outstanding customer service while supporting both specialties. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a dental or healthcare front office environment is preferred. Experience in Pediatric Dentistry or Orthodontics is a plus. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
