Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Virtual Assistant based in Naples, FL. The Virtual Assistant will perform a variety of tasks, including managing administrative duties, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, providing client support, and maintaining records. Other responsibilities include supporting marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and assisting with transaction coordination. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in administrative tasks, scheduling, and organizing records Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Experience in social media management and basic knowledge of marketing strategies Familiarity with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace Keen attention to detail and excellent time management abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience in the real estate industry or administrative support roles is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or related fields are a plus
