Job Description

Local construction company seeking office assistant. Knowledge in construction general office duties a plus. Office Assistant Assist with letters, quotes, etc. for project management Assist with locates Assist with Purchase Orders and Subcontracts Assist with Accounts Payable Assist with Payroll and HR Tracking Filing and Data Entry General Office Duties - Answering Multi Line Phone System, Route Mail Office Assistant shall need to have Microsoft office experience in Word & Excel. Must be able to meet deadlines, be self-motivated and be able to multitask. This position is responsible for assisting all positions in the office, you must show up daily to work on time.
