Job Description

Employment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a growing company. We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys supporting daily business operations.

Monday•Friday, 10:00 AM•6:30
PM Pay Rate:
$20.00•$22.00/hour
Employment Type:
Temp-to-Hire (opportunity to become permanent)
Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Respond to emails promptly and accurately Process and take customer orders with extreme attention to detail Perform general office and administrative duties Maintain organized records and documentation Support office staff with daily operations and coordination Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual required•Fluent English and Spanish Previous customer service and administrative experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficient with email communication and basic computer systems High level of accuracy and attention to detail Employment Solutions is looking for reliable candidates who are professional, proactive, and ready to grow with a company long-term.
