Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth office functionality. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in various office software. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our operations while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents. Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments. Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly. Support administrative and accounting functions including proofreading documents and preparing reports. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective office management. Handle clerical tasks such as typing correspondence and filing. Be able to learn multiple co-worker tasks to fill in while other team members our out. Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills. Experience with clerical duties and administrative support roles. Bilingual proficiency is a plus for enhancing communication with diverse clients.
