Job Description:

The Program Security Administrator is responsible for managing personnel security functions, overseeing secure systems, and providing COMSEC support.

Essential Functions:

Maintain a Top Secret Control Account for multiple programs and contracts Perform personnel security clearance coordination and processing activities Knowledge of personnel security disciplines that allows for direct interaction with customer personnel security representatives Responsible for working with computer systems and secure networks Perform duties as an assistant COMSEC manager or Secret level networks Utilize personnel security databases that are used by both the DoD and IC (i.e.

DISS, JADE

) Manage and generate reports from internal personnel security databases (i.e.

SIMS) Generate and maintain monthly personnel security metrics charts Occasionally assist with classified courier and visitor escorting and document destruction duties Prepare and maintain continuity books and procedures for multiple security functions Assist Program Security Officers with generating and presenting program security related material as needed

Qualifications:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Active TS/SCI security clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS and additional Personnel Security tools Working knowledge of the Intelligence Community Directives (ICD's), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), SAP Directives, and Supplement Information system security experience desired #LI-KB1 L3Harris Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
