Primary Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant Provide compassionate companionship and supportive listening to assisted living and memory care residents Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the leadership team Complete daily documentation and data sheets accurately to track resident care and progress Support memory care residents through structured memory and performance improvement programs Assist with dining services as needed, ensuring residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported during meals Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment Engage residents in meaningful activities designed to promote happiness, connection, and overall well-being Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care and a positive resident experience Requirements Education & Experience A caring heart and genuine desire to serve others High School Diploma or GED required Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred (required if mandated by state regulations) CPR/First Aid certification preferred Experience working with older adults preferred Dependable, patient, and compassionate with strong communication skills Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays We are an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
