Job Title:
Architectural Review Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
The Architectural Review Coordinator works under the direction of the General Manager and Board of Directors ensuring efficient processing of architectural modification requests.
DAILY DUTIES
Answers all phone calls and emails related to modification requests inquiries. Manages all resident requests related to architectural modifications, submitted via the resident portal. Sets appointments to meet with residents who require assistance with modification requests. Ensures accuracy of all modification requests prior to Modification Committee meetings. Processes extensions for approved modifications relating to open violations. Prepares and mails modification committee review responses to residents Requests proof of permit completion as necessary. Updates approved changes to the modification guidelines for distribution to residents, committee members, social media managers, and staff. Assists with Customer Service Queue and Online Chat Updates homeowner contact information and turnover. All other duties as assigned.
