This is a unique hybrid role that requires a balance of high-level business administration, staff leadership, and personal assistance. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and is completely fluent in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities Practice Administration & Leadership Team Leadership:
Act as a primary point of contact for employees. Guide, support, and lead the team to ensure a smooth daily workflow within the practice.
Public Speaking:
Confidently represent the owner and the practice in meetings, presentations, or public speaking engagements as required.
Operations Support:
Handle critical administrative and operational tasks for the medical and aesthetics practice.
Communication & Scheduling Communications Hub:
Promptly and professionally handle incoming phone calls, draft emails, and respond to inquiries.
Meeting Management:
Schedule, coordinate, and host virtual meetings via Zoom, ensuring all technology runs smoothly and agendas are met.
Time Management:
Maintain and organize complex daily schedules, ensuring the owner is always on time and prepared.
Personal Assistance Personal Tasks:
Handle personal errands, bookings, and logistical tasks to optimize the owner's time and reduce daily friction.
Transportation:
Drive to various locations for errands, meetings, or practice-related needs.
Qualifications & Requirements Bilingual Proficiency:
Must be 100% fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Technical Skills:
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with email management, Zoom, scheduling tools, and standard office software.
Driving:
Must possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills:
Proven ability to work well with employees, delegate tasks, and act as a respected leader in the workplace.
Public Speaking:
Comfortable and articulate when speaking in front of groups or leading meetings.
Exceptional Organization:
Flawless time management skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
Reliability:
Strict adherence to punctuality and a high level of responsiveness during working hours.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
