! Advanced Technology Recycling (ATR) is a full-service commercial electronic recycling company and offers a wide range of services and logistics options to its customers. Customer Service Representative Rapidly expanding business is looking for a motivated individual who can grow with us and fill our open Customer Service Representative position(s).
Position Objective:
Provide administrative support for ATR's Customers, and Sales and Operations Departments.
Responsibilities:
Setup and management of customer account details Scheduling and coordination of logistics with operations team Compile preliminary billing for management review Preparing and sending invoices to customers Uploading appropriate billing docs to the database and tracking payments, etc. Assist in resolving day to day customer concerns or inquiries Effective communication with multiple customers, co-workers, supervisors and managers Data entry, creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, word processing Management of weekly reports Management of Business Development Manager's database Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work area
Qualifications:
Professional customer service skills required, including phone etiquette Attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects with flexibility Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Superior communication skills, both written and verbal Strong planning and organizational skills Ability to develop relationships at all levels MS Office experience (Excel, Word & Outlook a must), QuickBooks, database and the internet Must be a self- starter Teamwork and collaboration skills are a must Experience with clerical/administrative duties Knowledge of office equipment •This list of job responsibilities and qualifications are only a summary of the typical functions of the job. Education:
Minimum of High School Diploma/GED required. Vocational or Some College preferred
Physical Requirements:
