Job Description

We are a busy Personal Injury firm looking to hire an enthusiastic and capable legal assistant for our intake department with at least 1 year of personal injury experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Speak with clients, adjusters and other legal professionals to obtain necessary information, set up claims Requesting records and bills and insurance documents Prepare correspondence Complete assigned tasks in timely manner Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings with clients
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as a legal assistant in a personal injury law firm Proficiency in Microsoft Office - word, excel and computer software systems. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Please provide resume for consideration.
