This role serves as a key point of contact for residents, board members, vendors, and contractors while ensuring compliance with condominium policies, maintaining records, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting financial and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain condominium records, files, and correspondence. Prepare meeting agendas, notices, minutes, and board packages. Manage incoming calls, emails, and resident inquiries. Assist with drafting newsletters, notices, and community communications. Maintain owner and resident databases. Respond to resident questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Process move-in/move-out requests and related documentation. Track and follow up on resident complaints and service requests. Educate residents regarding condominium rules, policies, and procedures. Coordinate maintenance requests and monitor work completion. Schedule and communicate vendor and contractor services. Conduct routine property inspections and document observations. Assist with emergency response coordination when necessary. Process invoices and prepare documents for payment approval. Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting. Track condominium fees, special assessments, and collections as directed. Maintain financial records and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with condominium bylaws, rules, and regulations. Support board elections, annual meetings, and governance activities. Maintain records required by applicable condominium legislation. Assist with obtaining insurance certificates, permits, and regulatory documentation. Full-Time Mon-Fri 9am-4pm
Pay Rate:
Up to $25 DOE
