Lifestyle Assistant Job Description Del Webb Sunbridge |St. Cloud, FL Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic Lifestyle Assistant to support the lifestyle operations at Del Webb Sunbridge. This role assists in the planning, administration, and execution of events and activities while supporting the Community Relations & Lifestyle Director, Developer and Sales Team. The Lifestyle Assistant will also welcome and tour prospective residents, educating them about life at Del Webb Sunbridge. Upon request, this position may serve as interim Lifestyle Director in the event of an absence or vacancy. Essential Job Functions
  • Represent and communicate the community brand to prospects and residents. Comply with all applicable policies, standards, and guidelines of both OnPlace and Del Webb Sunbridge.
  • Collaborate with the Community Relations & Lifestyle Director, management, and sales team to deliver a robust lifestyle program, including supporting clubs, groups, sports, and fitness. Assist with the planning, marketing, and execution of events and activities.
  • Support the creation of lifestyle materials such as flyers, newsletters, and calendars.
  • Assist residents with rules compliance and respond to resident needs.
  • Maintain registration records and prepare reports for resident events and activities.
  • Comfortable with public speaking, facilitating resident engagement, and confidently leading meetings.
  • Welcome, tour, and educate prospective residents on amenities, programs, and community life.
  • Assist in maintaining lifestyle documents including collateral, welcome packets, signage, and calendars.
  • Provide direction for residents participating in group outings or connect them with the appropriate staff member.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including audio/visual support.
  • Complete administrative tasks as assigned to support the Lifestyle Team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support community programming and resident events.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Strong customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or retail.
  • Ability to focus in an open workspace.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed.
Additional Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must pass to a background and drug screen.
