Administrative Assistant St. Petersburg, FL Long-Term Temp Assignment Competitive Hourly Pay TempExperts is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a long-term temporary assignment supporting a government organization in St. Petersburg, FL. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable handling administrative tasks, customer service, document processing, and office support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide front-office and administrative support to staff, department leadership, and executive personnel. Answer questions from residents and applicants and deliver accurate, courteous customer service. Prepare, process, and track documents, renewals, notices, and routine correspondence. Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries professionally. Maintain accurate and organized records for programs, projects, and confidential files. Assist with reports, special projects, and document preparation as assigned. Support office procedures and administrative workflows to help daily operations run efficiently. Qualifications Previous administrative assistant, office support, or customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information and follow established procedures. Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing regulations is a plus. Valid Florida driver's license required.
