Job Description

Technical training support role focused on training administration, LMS tracking, technical training delivery, hands-on product preparation, and training center support. Job Requirements Associate degree in Education, Communications, technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 4+ years of related experience or training may be considered in place of degree 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing field Valid driver's license Experience using Learning Management Systems Experience with Google platform applications Microsoft Office experience Internet application experience Ability to read and understand schematics Experience managing multiple training projects Experience maintaining training records and reports Preferred Skills Technical product experience Experience with electro-mechanical devices Installation experience Service experience Technical training experience Experience presenting to small or medium-sized groups Experience with webinars Experience with video-based learning Experience with interactive learning tools Experience ordering, preparing, and servicing products for hands-on training Job Responsibilities Assist the Training Manager with internal and external technical training programs Support training delivery for team members, dealers, and installers Assist with class logistics and student support during training sessions Register training attendees in the Learning Management System Assist with travel preparation for training classes Assign and track training module completion Issue training certificates Maintain training scorecards, KPIs, and reports Conduct assigned training modules and classes Reset and organize the training room between classes Maintain the Training Center and Lift Lab Order, prepare, and service products used for hands-on training Maintain accurate training records Support development of training materials and content
