Superior Water Works is a trusted provider of water treatment services in Okeechobee and Highlands County. We take pride in delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer service. We're looking for someone reliable and motivated to join our growing team.Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations. This role is key to keeping everything running smoothly and will serve as one of the main points of contact for our customers.Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally Schedule jobs and coordinate with technicians Assist with accounts receivable, invoicing, and payments Maintain accurate customer records and job details Provide general administrative support Handle customer questions and resolve issues efficientlyQualifications:
Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable and consistent (shows up and follows through) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay on top of deadlines Problem-solver with a proactive mindset Team player who can also work independently 1-3 years of office or administrative experience preferred Experience with billing/invoicing is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable learning new systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)Benefits:
