The ideal candidate should be able to handle responsibilities independently from day one.
Preferred Experience:
Real Estate Insurance Banking Pay:
$18•25 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally Direct calls accurately and courteously Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized digital records Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Prepare reports, manage correspondence, and proofread documents Provide excellent customer service via phone and email Assist with general office and administrative duties
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiar with Google Workspace Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and phone etiquette Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping preferred Detail-oriented and reliable Bilingual is a plus Experience as a personal assistant, receptionist, or office administrator is a plus We are looking for someone mature, responsible, professional, and eager to grow with our team.
