As BEA is growing, we are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be working together with managment and work on several projects in parallel in a fast-changing environment. This position for an individual that is interested to build a career and grow with us.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Administrative support to Planning and Engineering and Purchasing. Drafting, formatting, and proofreading formal Purchase Orders including quotes, letters, invoices, contracts, and order confirmations. Creating and managing Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, etc. Assisting in creating and maintaining templates for business correspondence. Follow up PO Statuses and updating them in the ERP system
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently. Discretion and confidentiality are essential. Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
COMPUTER SKILLS
• Proficiency with an advanced ERP system • Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Other Requirements:
• Must be fluent in English, writing and speaking • Must have a US work permit
