We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sunrise, Florida. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, supporting the daily operations of the community and assisting the Property Manager with a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a positive community environment while developing valuable administrative skills in a supportive workplace. Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously. Assist residents with questions, requests, and community-related matters. Maintain accurate resident records and association files. Process work orders and track service requests to ensure timely completion. Assist with the preparation and distribution of community notices and correspondence. Coordinate vendor access and schedule appointments as needed. Support the Property Manager with administrative projects and daily office operations. Monitor and maintain office supplies and organizational systems. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year of administrative or office experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Experience with Vantaca software is a plus.
