Duties Help with front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and route messages accurately Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, and other office software to update records and databases Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders Provide customer support through courteous communication, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Conduct proofreading of correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and clarity Handle clerical responsibilities such as copying, scanning, faxing Support office management activities to improve overall efficiency and organization Skills Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent computer literacy including data entry, file management, and document proofreading skills Strong multi-tasking abilities with effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse client needs Experience working as a receptionist is advantageous Personal assistant or office management experience enhances your fit for this role Knowledge of office management best practices combined with excellent customer service skills Join us as an Administrative Assistant where your energy fuels our success!
