We are a fast-growing, multi-doctor dental practice seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Doctor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and can seamlessly balance professional, administrative, and confidential responsibilities. You will serve as a trusted right hand—helping streamline daily operations, manage schedules, coordinate communication, and ensure the Managing Doctor can focus on patient care and practice leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the Managing Doctor's calendar, meetings, and priorities Handle professional correspondence, emails, phone calls, and follow-ups Assist with practice-related administrative tasks across multiple providers Coordinate with office managers, clinical teams, vendors, and consultants Organize documents, reports, and sensitive information with discretion Support special projects, practice initiatives, and deadlines Assist with light personal tasks as needed to support overall efficiency Anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and maintain workflow continuity Qualifications Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication High level of professionalism and confidentiality Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, scheduling platforms) Experience in healthcare or dental practices is a strong plus (but not required) What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and dependable Calm under pressure and solutions-focused Comfortable working closely with leadership Proactive, trustworthy, and discreet A team player who takes ownership and pride in their work Why Join Us Work closely with an engaged, supportive managing doctor Be part of a collaborative and growing dental organization Meaningful role with real impact on practice success Competitive compensation and opportunity for long-term growth Submit resume including a cover letter Join an Exceptional Team!
