Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our administrative team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day office support and assist the Director of Administration and other managers with various administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper-based Order and manage office supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments Reconcile accounts payable (A/P) invoices and assist with invoice processing Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail and deliveries Assist with general office organization and administrative projects as needed Qualifications Previous administrative, office assistant, or clerical experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
