Job Description

Overview The Door Shop Administrative Assistant coordinates key punches in door shop production tickets, prices out and estimates millwork and trim, and handles A/R billing. Great customer service background, data entry, handle invoices, and multi task person. Help store manager on daily tasks like answering the phone, reports, customers and correspondance. Knowledge of word and excel a plus. Responsibilities Types in door quotes and puts into production Organized A/R and mails statements/invoices Qualifications Word Processing Software Spreadsheet Software Order Processing System Ability to read and comprehend documents (i.e. policy and procedure manuals); write routine reports and correspondence; speak/present in front of a small group. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
