Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and proficiency in Microsoft Quickbooks Online. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing various administrative and bookkeeping tasks. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Prepare and maintain documents using Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office. Support the team with administrative tasks related to projects and daily operations. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role or as a personal assistant is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Quickbooks Online is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Previous experience in customer service is a plus. Familiarity with construction processes is a plus, but not required. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this role.
