Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the Agents have adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the Administrative Assistant will include processing deals and Agent support. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The Administrative Assistant ensures smooth running of our company's Vero Beach office and contributes in day to day operations. Responsibilities Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Supervise agents on a daily basis Process closings using ReChat platform Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Daily opening and closing of office Listing maintenance for Agents Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Assist colleagues whenever necessary Skills Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MLS systems and entering and editing listings Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage General Real Estate knowledge
