Role Description The Personal Assistant to the CEO is a mission‑critical, high‑visibility role responsible for ensuring the CEO's time, priorities, and strategic initiatives are executed with precision. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in West Palm Beach, FL , supporting a CEO who moves fast, expects excellence, and requires a partner who can think, anticipate, and execute at a high level. This role blends executive support , operational coordination , business acumen , and hands‑on execution . The ideal candidate is intelligent, polished, loyal, and capable of managing both the smallest details and the largest priorities without losing sight of the company's mission.
