Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team! As a vital part of our office operations, you will handle a variety of clerical tasks, manage front desk responsibilities, and ensure smooth daily functions. Hours of job:
2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients professionally, providing excellent customer service at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately with proper phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer skills. Must be able to multi-task. Perform general clerical duties. Provide administrative support to staff as needed. Requirements Experience in customer support.
