Job Description

A well-established Winter Park real estate developer with over 40 years of experience is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to help keep daily operations running smoothly. Our office is conveniently located on Park Avenue in downtown Winter Park. We are open to either part-time or full-time candidates.
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with QuickBooks Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Professional communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and reliable
Responsibilities May Include:
General office administration and organization Data entry and record management Assisting with bookkeeping and QuickBooks entries Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets Managing correspondence and filing systems Supporting day-to-day business operations This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, takes pride in keeping things on track, and wants to be part of a small, established business environment.
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
