Role Description This is a full-time on-site Assistant role based in Orlando, FL. The Assistant will provide administrative support, manage schedules, oversee documentation, and coordinate meetings to support the team's operations. Responsibilities include maintaining organized records, assisting in daily workflows, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and supporting team members in communication and project coordination. Qualifications Organizational and time-management skills to handle schedules, deadlines, and documentation efficiently Administrative and clerical skills, including proficiency in office software such as MS Office Interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with team members and clients professionally Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy and manage tasks effectively Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
