Efficiently schedule and dispatch service calls, syncing technicians and clients for seamless operations. Handle the

Create accurate estimates, invoices, and reports on time, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Stay Organized:
Manage digital and paper files for clients, vendors, and internal docs—keeping our office humming. Support the
Team:
Dive into data entry, record-keeping, and light bookkeeping using QuickBooks to keep things on track.
Track Progress:
Monitor parts orders, permits, and job statuses to empower our field pros.
Office Essentials:
Sort mail, maintain a tidy workspace, and communicate clearly with everyone to make days flow effortlessly.
Get Creative:
Help with fun social media posts, like showcasing cool project photos or company highlights. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus!). 2+ years in administrative or office roles—bonus if it's in plumbing, construction, or service industries. Tech-savvy with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Google Workspace. Super organized, a multitasking pro, with eagle-eyed attention to detail. Stellar communication skills—written and verbal—to build great relationships. A professional, upbeat attitude that's all about customer service. Comfortable working solo or collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
