Full-Time Spanish-Speaking Virtual Assistant for Logistics, Sales, and Web Support Published on the April 03, 2026 in Admin Support About this project We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Spanish-Speaking Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support across various functions for an international freight forwarding and logistics company. This remote position requires availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours and offers a competitive salary based on experience. The ideal candidate will be a multi-functional professional capable of handling customer support, cold calling, email marketing, SEO website updates, and general freight logistics assistance.
Key Responsibilities include:
Cold Calling & Sales Support:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, contact transport companies, importers, and exporters, follow up on customer inquiries, and maintain call logs and outreach reports. Support customer reminders and follow-ups.
Email Marketing:
Send outreach emails to potential customers, follow up on email responses, maintain contact lists, and track follow-up schedules.
SEO & Website Support:
Create and update country shipping pages, upload blog content to WordPress, optimize pages using Yoast seo, add images and optimize alt tags, and support seo content updates. Maintain WordPress website pages.
Logistics Support:
Respond to Freightnet inquiries, respond to customer emails, assist in preparing freight quotations, track shipment inquiries, and maintain organized customer records. Required qualifications include Spanish language fluency and strong English communication skills. Candidates must have experience with WordPress, Yoast SEO, cold calling, email marketing, and customer service. A reliable internet connection and the ability to work full-time during U.S. Business hours are essential. Experience in freight forwarding or logistics, call center operations, and handling international customers, along with an understanding of shipping terminology, are highly preferred.
