Onsite $17 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused On-Site Services Specialist to support daily operations within a corporate office environment. This role is hands-on and highly visible, requiring frequent conference room setups, package and mail delivery, building walkthroughs, and general customer support. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, organized, and comfortable with physical work such as moving tables and chairs. Strong customer service skills are essential, and mailroom experience is a plus but not required. Key Responsibilities Set up and reconfigure conference rooms for meetings (up to 5 different setups per day) Move chairs, tables, and equipment as needed for meetings and events (lifting up to 50 lbs) Deliver packages, documents, and completed jobs throughout the site Walk the building regularly to ensure workspaces, conference rooms, and service areas are properly maintained Provide professional customer support to building occupants Assist with meeting room setups, building moves, and light maintenance tasks Distribute mail, office supplies, and fax transmissions to designated areas Ship and receive materials and supplies Maintain neat, organized, and well-stocked copier and service areas Respond to service requests and coordinate support as needed Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required 1-2 years of experience in a related office, facilities, mailroom, or service role (or equivalent experience) Copy/print or mailroom experience preferred Valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance may be required Skills & Abilities Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and prioritization skills Basic PC skills, including MS Office and email Ability to operate office machines and technical equipment Good math, filing, and record-keeping skills Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail Physical & Working Conditions Office environment with regular walking throughout the building(s) Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting Ability to lift 50-55 lbs and push/pull wheeled equipment Moderate dexterity and hand-eye coordination required Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdf The pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdf For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
