Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Badging Administrative Generalist to support daily office operations and business activities. This role is responsible for compiling and maintaining records, preparing and processing documents, coordinating administrative functions, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Compile, organize, and maintain records of business transactions and office activities. Prepare, review, and process a variety of documents, including reports, forms, correspondence, agendas, meeting minutes, and other administrative materials. Draft and proofread communications and written content with accuracy and professionalism. Coordinate and support office management functions and daily administrative operations. Process transactions, maintain records, and update information systems as needed. Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with event and meeting coordination. Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support to internal teams and external contacts. Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained according to company standards. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems. Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or relevant administrative experience preferred. Previous office, administrative, clerical, or customer service experience is a plus. Work Environment Office-based position. May require prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
LMD Pay:
$17.00 per hour
