Position Overview We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. The Case Manager will oversee a portfolio of personal injury cases from inception through settlement or litigation, ensuring that each case is handled efficiently and that clients receive outstanding service and communication throughout the process. The Case Manager plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to clients throughout their legal journey. This position involves managing various legal cases, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and facilitating communication between clients and legal professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various areas of law, including but not limited to family law, immigration law, and personal injury law. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Duties Manage case files from initiation through resolution, ensuring all documentation is complete and properly filed. Conduct interviews with clients to gather necessary information for case preparation. Perform legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies. Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence. Review documents for accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain effective communication with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders throughout the case lifecycle. Utilize document management systems to organize case files efficiently. Assist in project management tasks related to ongoing cases or legal projects. Provide executive administrative support as needed, including data entry and clerical tasks. Skills Skills & Attributes Exceptional attention to detail. Client-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience managing personal injury cases preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish. •
