Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support our Business Development (BD) and Proposal Department in Perry, GA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative support, organization, customer interaction, and digital marketing support. The ideal candidate will also have experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Business, Facebook, and Canva to assist with company branding and marketing initiatives. Reception Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a welcoming manner Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable reception area Order, organize, and restock office supplies as needed Provide general administrative support to office staff and leadership Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Track prospective bids, modifications, and solicitation amendments Send bid amendments and modifications to pre-construction leads via email and maintain records in Dropbox Create and organize Dropbox folders for proposals and project documentation Assist the Proposal Manager with compiling proposal packages, including resumes, qualifications, references, certifications, bid bonds, proof of insurance, and past performance documents Review and organize solicitation sections and proposal instructions Proofread proposals and supporting documentation for accuracy and professionalism Enter, update, and maintain proposal database information Support marketing and business development initiatives Update and maintain capability statements and marketing materials using Canva Work independently once direction and expectations are provided Social Media & Marketing Support Assist with maintaining the company's online presence through LinkedIn, Google Business, Facebook, and other social media platforms Help create and schedule social media content and company updates Support branding and marketing efforts to improve company visibility and engagement What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Canva, and online platforms Knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Business, and social media management preferred Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Detail-oriented with strong proofreading abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Why Join Us?
