The Administrative Operations Clerk will be responsible for providing organizational support in a warehouse/distribution environment. Responsibilities include, but not limited to credit and invoice processing, document preparation, billing, and filing. Fulltime position starting between 8AM - 10AM
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Process invoices and credits to ensure account reports reflect accurate data Enter data collected into appropriate systems Perform billing function for specific accounts Review and address driver discrepancies (e.g., invoices, credits, property return) Provide customer service inquiries via phone and email Assist with safety training record keeping Assist in unloading/loading containers and conducting various duties (picking/pulling products, packaging, tagging, sorting, shrink-wrapping, building pallets)
WHAT WE'LL LOVE ABOUT YOU
Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and additional hours High School Diploma or equivalent Food distribution and warehouse experience a plus Intermediate skill in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with limited general supervision Ability to support and maintain a high standard of productivity Ability to maintain confidential information

Pay Range:
