H-HEAP COORDINATOR

Under the supervision of the H-HEAP Director, provide intake and referral for the agency's clientele.

Essential Duties/Functions:

Receive and relay all incoming clientele Provide intake and referral for incoming clientele Collect from and assist the clientele in obtaining the necessary documentation Identify clients needs, determine appropriate action, and erfer appropriate services Provide follow-up on referals made Prepare, maintain, and file reports, forms and records. Data entry into the H-HEAP database program and SHAH client database system Qualfication requirements; Valid drivr's license, clean traffic abstract; auto insurance, background clearance and TB clearance required; BA degree or any comparable combination of educaitn and experience which would provide the knowledge skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties of this positionn
