Job Description Service Coordinator - Oahu, Hawaii Loyal Source is hiring a Service Coordinator to support our client in Oahu, Hawaii. This position will be coordinating with technicians with the electronic security system industry, Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch technicians Manage work orders and customer updates Complete contract and QC paperwork Order, receive, and distribute materials Support inventory, reporting, and subcontractor scheduling Serve as liaison between Sales, Project Managers, and technicians Requirements High School Diploma or GED 3+ years administrative experience in a service or sales environment Microsoft Office proficiency Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to read basic technical documents Must pass drug screening and verify work eligibility Physical Demands Regular sitting, standing, walking Lifting up to 25 lbs Ability to drive for extended periods

Pay Rate:
