Factory Administrative Assistant (Onsite - Moline, IL)
Assignment:
4-month contract (W2 role via KellyOCG)
Pay Rate:
$25/hour (based on experience)
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM Ready to take the next step in your administrative career? What You'll Do:
Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and maintain appointment calendars for department managers/supervisors Handle visitor and phone inquiries, refer calls as needed (including to different divisions/countries) Gather, create, and maintain sensitive or confidential data for reports, special projects, and communications Research and resolve questions from internal/external customers, escalating complex issues as necessary Update databases, systems, or files to ensure accurate and current information; may assist with basic website maintenance Organize and follow up on project records/documents to facilitate timely workflow Prepare letters, memoranda, and documents as directed Relay supervisor instructions and exchange information with senior management Plan and coordinate department events, meals, and recognition activities Provide indirect work direction to onsite contractors (facilities, food service, etc.) Participate in initiatives to improve the workplace and employee experience
Must-Have Skills:
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and relationship building Skilled at planning, organizing, and scheduling Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality Self-directed and highly motivated
Nice-to-Have:
Postsecondary education (Associate's/Bachelor's) 3-5 years of recent administrative or office support experience Experience with basic website maintenance or web publishing Multilingual abilities Experience in data analysis or discrepancy resolution Why Apply?
