Job Description
We are seeking a Document Control Assistant to join our team in the Grimes office for a full-time opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience and basic computer skills who enjoys staying organized and working in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will support our document center by assisting with data entry, document preparation, scanning, and general warehouse/document handling activities. Responsibilities Prepare and organize documents for scanning and processing Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy Scan and upload documents into internal systems Maintain organization of files and document inventory Assist with warehouse-related tasks and material movement as needed Support team operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory, document processing, or production experience preferred Basic computer skills and comfort navigating systems for data entry and scanning Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Ability to lift, move, and organize materials as needed Preferred Experience Experience using a manual pallet jack is a plus Previous document control, records management, or scanning experience is helpful but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
