Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant III provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Dean's Office, contributing to the effective coordination of faculty-related processes and academic initiatives. This role supports faculty hiring and onboarding, academic honesty processes, and financial transactions related to faculty and student activities. The position also provides cross-functional support to multiple team members to ensure continuity of operations during peak periods. It requires strong organizational, detail oriented and customer service skills, responsiveness, and the ability to work with others.Key Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors to the 2nd floor of Nollen House and provide frontline assistance. Coordinate logistics and administrative support for faculty searches. Support the Academic Honesty processes. Taking minutes at faculty meetings. Perform general clerical tasks and administrative support to the Dean's office. Work with accounting processes to facilitate reimbursements.
