Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will help foster an efficient and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Handle calendar management and scheduling for team members, including setting appointments and coordinating meetings Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clarity in all communications Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, organization of files, and general clerical duties Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent service at all times Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for document creation and communication Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy for maintaining records and correspondence Experience with office management, clerical tasks, or administrative support roles is preferred Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and proper phone etiquette for professional communication Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software for financial recordkeeping is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude Join us as an Administrative Assistant where your energy fuels our success!
