Job Summary Part-Time Temporary Specialize Clerical Support. Applicants should have excellent public service skills, phone skills, good attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Proficient computer skills are a must. Essential Functions Front desk receptionist duties including general clerical support, answering phones, screening visitors, data entry, proofreading, filing, and copying. Prepare and maintain registrations, transfers, and referrals. Read/sort mail. Organize files and forms. Assist with meetings and staff/faculty coverage schedules. Process student registrations, maintain confidential records, and prepare paper and electronic documents. Required Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent. Customer service experience. Microsoft Office skills. Desired Qualifications Strong communication skills. Ability to plan, organize and manage time. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Work Schedule Monday - Friday. Hours are flexible.
