Position Highlights The Hospitality Services Coordinator is responsible for creating an amazing atmosphere for the residents of Whispering Heights. The Hospitality Services Coordinator will provide a 5 star experience by creating an environment of service and joy all while enhancing the homelike feel of the facility.
REQUIRED
EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must have a positive, outgoing personality. Must possess a genuine heart of patience and service for the elderly. Must be able to work independently or as a strong team member.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Completion of safety and sanitation course and modified diets course. Annual influenza vaccinations are mandatory for all employees by December 1, unless a medical waiver is signed and approved. Completion of the Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse courses for Iowa Mandatory Reporters within 90 days of employment and every 3 years thereafter At Avera, the way you are treated as an employee translates into the compassionate care you deliver to patients and team members.
