This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support the General Manager/ CFO, streamline administrative processes, and enhance overall office efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset to ensure our workplace runs smoothly and professionally. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional support, this position is perfect for you. Duties Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for the General Manager/ CFO. Perform data entry, digital and physical filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clear communication. Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and manage invoices. Handle clerical duties such as typing reports, preparing correspondence, and managing office emails efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience in administrative support, office management, or a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and business software platforms. Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and proofreading. Strong customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and time management capabilities. Knowledge of office management procedures including calendar management, bookkeeping, and clerical support tasks is preferred.
