Job Description

Seamonds Insurance is a locally-owned independent insurance agency. We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator at our Webster City location. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented person who is ready to make a meaningful impact and grow with us! You will help manage the daily front office operations and support a small staff in a fun, fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities Manage and direct incoming calls with professionalism Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming front office Handle client payments and cash accountability Assist with data entry, presentations and scheduling appointments File claims and provide claim follow up Manage recordkeeping and both digital and physical filing Maintain trusting relationships with clients and colleagues Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies with confidentiality Qualifications & Skills Proven customer support experience Dependability and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management software Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school degree Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and grow within If this role sounds like a fit, we would love to hear from you!
