The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers, employees, and visitors through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, recordkeeping, and office management. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and professionally respond to phone inquiries
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical tax return files
  • Provide administrative assistance with client onboarding, engagement documentation, reports, billing, and information requests
  • Scan, upload, and manage tax-related records and supporting documents
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical tax return files
  • Monitor office supply levels and coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assist team members with projects, priorities, and deadline-driven tasks
  • Perform a variety of office support, clerical, and administrative functions
  • Safeguard confidential client and company information in accordance with firm policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional services office. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Professional demeanor and customer service orientation. #

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
